• If the bottle is broken upon delivery, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:
• The customer must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
• The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time, proving the damage occurred during shipping.
• Without this video proof, replacement requests will not be accepted.
• If the damaged product is unavailable, we may issue store credit or an alternative replacement at our discretion.
