Because perfumes are personal care and fragrance products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Return Policy

Due to the personal and sensitive nature of fine fragrances, opened, used or sprayed perfumes cannot be returned.

Once a perfume bottle has been opened, used, sprayed or tampered with, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety and quality reasons.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase

Fragrance preference or personal liking

Customer selecting the wrong product

Product already opened or used

Product seal removed or damaged by the customer

Fragrance not matching personal expectation

Minor variation in scent perception due to skin chemistry, weather or storage conditions

Perfume is a personal experience, and the same fragrance may smell slightly different on different people due to body chemistry, climate and usage pattern. Such differences are not considered a product defect.

Exchange Policy

Exchange may be accepted only in the following cases:

Product received in damaged condition

Perfume bottle broken during delivery

Product leakage during transit

Wrong product received

Missing product in the package

To request an exchange, the customer must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange claim related to damage, leakage, broken bottle, wrong product or missing item.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim to be accepted, the unboxing video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The shipping label clearly visible

The complete opening process without any cut, pause or editing

The product inside the package

The damage, leakage, wrong product or missing item clearly visible

The video must be recorded from the beginning before the package is opened. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

If the video is incomplete, edited, unclear or recorded after the package has already been opened, Evig Glans Paris may not be able to approve the claim.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in limited cases where the claim is approved by our team.

Refund may be considered in the following situations:

Order cancelled before dispatch

Product is out of stock after payment

Replacement is not available for an approved damaged or wrong product claim

Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, sprayed or personally disliked products.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer. Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment method.

Refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days after approval, but the final credit timeline depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged product, leaked product, broken bottle or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Longevity, projection and sillage may feel different from person to person. Such variation is natural in perfumery and is not considered a defect.
