Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Damaged Package at Delivery

For any claim related to broken bottle, leakage, missing product or damaged product, a complete and clear unboxing video is required.
The unboxing video must show:

The complete opening process without any cut or pause
The damaged, leaked or incorrect product clearly visible
Without a proper unboxing video, Evig Glans Paris may not be able to accept any claim for damage, leakage, missing item or wrong product received.
Delayed Delivery
Evig Glans Paris tries its best to dispatch and deliver every order within the estimated timeline. However, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, public holidays, strikes, transport issues or other situations beyond our control.
