This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be applicable and how refund requests are handled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in specific approved cases.
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
Order cancelled before dispatch
Product out of stock after payment
Payment deducted but order not confirmed
Duplicate payment received for the same order
Replacement not available for an approved damaged product claim
Replacement not available for an approved wrong product claim
Order cancelled by Evig Glans Paris due to operational or serviceability reasons
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.
No Refund for Opened or Used Perfumes
Due to the personal and sensitive nature of fine fragrances, opened, used or sprayed perfumes are not eligible for refund.
Perfumes are personal care and fragrance products. Once opened, used, sprayed or tampered with, they cannot be accepted for refund, return or exchange for hygiene, safety and quality reasons.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind after purchase
Fragrance preference or personal liking
Customer selecting the wrong product
Product already opened or used
Product seal removed or damaged by the customer
Perfume sprayed or tested by the customer
Fragrance not matching personal expectation
Performance variation due to skin chemistry, weather or storage
Fragrance is personal, and the same perfume may smell or perform differently on different people. Such natural variation is not considered a product defect.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible from our side. In such cases, refund eligibility will depend on the situation, product condition and our cancellation policy.
Refund for Payment Deducted but Order Not Confirmed
Sometimes, due to payment gateway issues, bank delay, network error or technical failure, payment may be deducted but the order may not be confirmed.
If this happens, please contact our support team with payment proof.

Once verified, the amount may be refunded or adjusted against a confirmed order, depending on the situation.
Refund for Duplicate Payment
If duplicate payment has been made for the same order, please contact our customer support team with proof of both transactions.
After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged product, leaked product, broken bottle, wrong product or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:
Damaged product
Leaked product
Broken bottle
Wrong product received
Missing product in package
The unboxing video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The shipping label clearly visible
The complete opening process without any cut, pause or editing
The product and packaging inside
The issue clearly visible
If the claim is approved and replacement is not available, a refund may be considered.
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will usually be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
The final credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, card provider, UPI service, wallet provider or payment gateway.
Evig Glans Paris will initiate the refund after approval, but we are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or third-party payment providers.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method used for the order.
For example:
UPI payment refund will be processed to the original UPI source
Card payment refund will be processed to the original card
Wallet payment refund will be processed to the original wallet
Net banking refund will be processed to the original bank account
Cash refunds are not usually provided for online payments.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges, return courier charges, payment gateway charges or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
If an order is refused after dispatch, returned due to incorrect customer details, or returned because the customer was unavailable, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:
Opened perfume
Used perfume
Sprayed perfume
Product seal broken by customer
Product damaged after delivery due to customer handling
No proper unboxing video for damage claim
Complaint raised after the required timeline
Wrong address or incorrect contact details provided by customer
Delivery refused by customer after dispatch
Fragrance preference issue
Customer expected a different scent
Natural variation in perfume performance
Product stored incorrectly by customer
Return of Product Before Refund
In some approved cases, the product may need to be returned to us before refund processing.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused condition, sealed condition and with all accessories or packaging materials, if applicable.
Any product sent back without approval from our team may not be accepted.
Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Evig Glans Paris.
We may ask for order details, payment proof, photos, videos, courier details or any other information required for verification.
Evig Glans Paris reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on product condition, order status, policy terms and evidence provided by the customer.
