Exchange may be considered if the product is received damaged, leaked, broken, wrong or missing, subject to verification and our policy.
Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. For any claim related to damaged product, leakage, broken bottle, wrong product or missing item, a complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory.
What should the unboxing video show?
The video should clearly show the sealed package before opening, the shipping label, the complete opening process without cuts or pauses, the product inside and the issue clearly visible.
How soon should I report a damaged or wrong product?
