Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our side.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, our team may cancel the order and process the refund as per the applicable payment method.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled from our side.
After dispatch, the shipment is already handed over to the courier partner and the delivery process begins. In such cases, the customer may refuse delivery, but shipping and handling charges may be applicable depending on the situation.
If a prepaid order is refused after dispatch and returned to us by the courier partner, the refund, if approved, may be processed only after the product is received back by us in its original, sealed and undamaged condition.
Evig Glans Paris reserves the right to deduct shipping charges, return courier charges, payment gateway charges or handling charges where applicable.
Cancellation of Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders, if available, can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Repeated cancellation, refusal or non-acceptance of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.
Evig Glans Paris reserves the right to cancel or reject Cash on Delivery orders in case of incomplete address, incorrect contact details, suspicious order activity, non-serviceable pin code or previous delivery refusal history.
Cancellation by Evig Glans Paris
Evig Glans Paris may cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:
Product out of stock
Payment not received or payment verification failed
Incorrect pricing or technical error on the website
Incomplete or incorrect customer details
Non-serviceable delivery location
Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
Bulk order placed without confirmation
Any operational issue beyond our control
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Evig Glans Paris, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days after approval, depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment method used by the customer.
Evig Glans Paris will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or third-party payment providers.
Duplicate Payment or Payment Error
If payment has been deducted from your account but the order has not been confirmed, please contact our support team with payment proof.

Bulk Order Cancellation
Bulk orders, corporate gifting orders, customized orders or special requests may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
If any advance payment has been made for a bulk order, cancellation and refund will depend on the stage of processing, packing, customization or procurement.
HOUSE OF FM PARIS reserves the right to deduct applicable costs for confirmed bulk orders.
